Understanding $MHTR: the Metahunter Token

MHTR Token Overview

$MHTR tokens are the governance tokens for the Metahunter ecosystem. $MHTR will serve as the main credit for all payment methods within the Metahunter Ecosystem. They represent voting power and can also be exchanged for other external assets outside of Metahunter.

Token Economics

Metahunter is creating a new economic model that seeks to improve upon the current tokenized gaming models already out in the world. Metahunter will provide a chance for people in the low- to middle-income demographics more opportunities to participate in the Metaverse through different activities.

Metahunter’s multi-product platform provides members multiple options when it comes to using and earning $MHTR. Afterwards, $MHTR tokens can then be turned into fiat or recirculated through the Metahunter economy as a way to pay for goods and services within the Metahunter Ecosystem.

Token Benefits

After purchasing the $MHTR tokens, users can transfer them to their Metahunter wallet and use these tokens in a variety of ways through the game:

1. Users can use $MHTR tokens to purchase items from the Metahunter Marketplace
2. $MHTR is used to purchase plots of land and Metapets within Metahunter world and Alenia, where users can develop their land to their liking
3. For long term sustainability of the token economics, we have mechanisms, such as burn mechanics, to ensure the tokens maintain market stability and value
4. In the Metahunter Marketplace, users can offer their Metapets to breed, allow others to “rent” their unique items, find blueprints and other items to develop their land, and more.
5. Members can also use their own $MEATY and $MHTR tokens to purchase items from other Metahunter participants or earn tokens when they offer their own assets for breeding or renting
6. Resources, Metapets, and items are also available to be sold in the Metahunter Marketplace, allowing users to turn their assets into $MEATY tokens that they can continue to funnel back into the game in different ways

Participation Benefits

By participating in the Metahunter economy and owning virtual land, players are also entitled to a variety of other things such as:

1. Voting on future changes or developments that will occur in the world
2. The ability to create their unique digital assets either to use for themselves or to sell/rent to other players
3. The opportunity to participate in options such as staking and using virtual assets to generate profit
